Yes — all paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Phasion Live doesn't show up for you, email me at hello@phasion.live and I'll refund every cent. Monthly Pro auto-cancels from inside the app any time.
Solo is just the visuals on your own screens — single screen ($30) or multi-screen ($60). Pro adds the whole crowd layer: audience joins by QR with photos, polls, trivia, shout-outs, and CrowdCam (their phone cameras live on screen), on 3 outputs. Venue adds white-label branding for a room you run all year. If you want the audience involved, you want Pro.
Yes — flip the Solo card to Any browser. The browser surface runs on any modern OS with no install. The macOS app adds native output (Syphon / NDI / AirPlay), song ID, and local AI. One license, both surfaces.
Phasion drives multiple independent audience displays from one computer — each with its own scene, preset, and feed. Solo (multi-screen) gives you 2 (a main projector + a photo wall). Pro and Venue give you 3 (main + photo wall + sponsor loop).
Same crowd layer, different transport. Local routes audience phones straight to your Mac via a stable QR — photos never touch cloud storage, but the URL dies when you close the app. Cloud adds the persistent recap URL (48 hours on Pro, a 30-day archive on Venue), keeps the audience page alive while your laptop sleeps, and works on hotel/CGNAT WiFi. Not sure? Run the WiFi test.
Yes — switch billing to Monthly, run your event, and cancel from inside the app. No annual lock-in. Perfect for a wedding, fundraiser, or one-off conference night.
No — it runs locally on your Mac. First generation downloads a model (~2GB). After that, free forever — no API fees, no per-render charges.
Yes. Phasion checks your license every 6 hours when online, and stays licensed for 30 full days offline after each sync. Hit "Sync License" before a gig and you're covered.
Yes — every paid plan includes 2 device seats. Need a 3rd? Sign one out from inside the app and slot the new one in.
The native app is macOS-only — Apple Silicon from 2020 onward runs it at 60fps; Intel Macs work but big AI workloads are Apple-Silicon-first. The tech stack leans on Syphon and ScreenCaptureKit, which is why there's no Windows/Linux native app yet. The browser surface runs on any modern OS — Chrome / Firefox / Safari / Edge on Windows, Linux, Chromebook.
48 hours after each event, on any Cloud plan. Photos auto-delete from R2 storage at the 48-hour mark — a hard lifecycle rule enforces retention at the storage layer. Guests download within that window; operators can export the full event archive as a ZIP before expiry.
That's the public price for a single location. Multi-location chains, agencies, and sponsorship-driven setups — talk to us and we'll quote based on scope.
For most clubs running weekly events, yes. Audience-uploaded photos cover candid social content — birthday tables, dance-floor moments — and the recap URL is the gallery promoters share the next day. It won't replace a wedding photographer for posed shots, but the club-promo niche where you'd otherwise pay $300–800/night is exactly what this is built for.
